Great experience. Whole staff was excellent and helped identify/treat a new kittens ear issues. Highly recommend.

They saved my cat when he had a urinary blockage. They were very kind when I was very stressed and worried and even have coffee and snacks.

We took our babygirl Willow to JSV for the first time since moving down here two years ago on Saturday. Willow does not like the vet and will hiss, growl and try to get away or scratch. A previous vet had sedated her and we hated that. I warned JSV ahead of time so they could prepare. Everyone was so patient and kind. They allowed her to walk around in the exam room (pictured) so she could relax a bit and get acclimated. Dr. Cromal sat on the floor with Willow and allowed her to roam around while she checked her vitals and even gave her the vaccinations on the floor. Willow was great! We got one or two hisses but no growling or yelling and no one needed "the gloves." We are so happy with how she was treated and also how good they were to our Onyx who has to have dental work done. I would absolutely recommend them because their main concern is for the animal and that means everything to us. Thank you!
