Pet Loss Support

After years of being in veterinary medicine, all of us here at JSVES understand the internet can be your best friend and your worst enemy.  Here we have some really awesome educational links for you as pet owners!

We have included a list of animal control, police departments, and animal shelters local to lower Monmouth, upper Atlantic, and all of Ocean counties.  There is information on pet and human poison control, as well as summer, winter, and natural disaster information and planning.  We thought you would like to see veterinary articles on common pet emergencies including diagnosis and treatment plans.

Lastly, we wanted to offer you resources for the loss of a pet.  There are several hotlines, web sites, and local support groups waiting to help you through your difficult time.
